The Casa La Cimada lies in the hamlet of La Cimada just beyond the village of Arriate and within easy distance of the village of Setenil famous for its houses built into the face of the cliffs which cut through the village. It has splendid views across open countryside which can be fully appreciated from the large balcony off the main bedroom.

The house has a generously proportioned sitting room with an open fireplace and a midi stereo system also a TV with DVD and Video included. French windows open on to the front terrace.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a granite work top, 5 burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dish Washer and dining table and chairs. There is a small downstairs Wetroom with shower basin and Lavatory.

Upstairs it has a good sized bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of draws with a door leading out to a large balcony. There is a smaller bedroom with two beds (one that pulls out from underneath the other) suitable for children with built-in wardrobe and a further bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and basin. The house is furnished to a good standard throughout.

The walled garden contains a number of olive trees around the terraces of the swimming pool which is equipped with lighting and a full filtration system. There is a terrace for dining alfresco which looks out over the pool area.
