Situated in 10 acres of cork oak forest just ten minutes from Ronda, this is an exquisitely furnished house with magnificent views towards the town and surrounding mountains.

The sitting room and dining area are combined and have comfortable armchairs and sofa, an open fireplace and satellite television with a range of English channels as well as video player and stereo system with a small library of video’s and CD’s. The dining table is of Moroccan design with inlaid tiles and has six matching chairs.

The kitchen is spacious with granite work surfaces, four ring electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, the washing machine is in a separate utility area. There is a downstairs toilet with lavatory and washbasin and a small study/sitting room which has a sofa and armchair.

There is also a double bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with double sink, bath, bidet and lavatory. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, the first having a double bed and built-in cupboards with a further chest of drawers and en suite bathroom with double sink, bath, separate shower and lavatory. This room has a large terrace with sun loungers and spectacular views.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, built-in cupboards and chest of drawers plus a table with two chairs as well as an en suite bathroom with bath/shower, double basins, bidet and lavatory.

Outside there are a variety of terraces, some covered, which are furnished with good quality cane chairs and wrought iron table and dining chairs. A separate terrace outside of the kitchen area houses a barbecue. The swimming pool measures 13x7 metres and is 2 metres deep. (not suitable for small children), and is fitted with full filtration system and lights and overlooks the amazing panorama of mountains with Ronda in the distance.  

This is a sophisticated residence which is tastefully decorated and furnished and provides a luxurious location in countryside just a short distance from Ronda. The property has full oil fired central heating for the cooler months which is included in the price.
