Los Olivos is a very elegant property in a particularly lovely setting with views across to the ancient ruins of

the Roman settlement, Ronda la Vieja It has a large well-proportioned sitting room, with three sets of French windows leading out to a long covered terrace. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around the open fire accompanied by antiques, paintings and rugs. There is a good quality stereo system with Bose speakers. The dining table seats six with upholstered chairs. The kitchen has marble worktops, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has an inviting four-poster bed, fitted cupboards and an inlaid mother of pearl chest of drawers.

The mosaic tiled bathroom is en suite and has a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that also has mosaic tiling and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and writing desk whilst the third has twin beds fitted cupboards and a writing desk.

Outside the lush garden adjoins the large terrace that runs the full length of the house with an abundance of out door furniture. A small pathway leads to the pool area, which is bordered by ancient oak trees.

A further two people can be accommodated in the cottage known as the Casita, which has a double bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with a sofa and satelite TV and Video. There is also a small bathroom and kitchen.

The house is located in spectacular countryside fifteen minutes from the town of Ronda and fifteen minutes from the village of Seteñil de Ls Bodegas.
