Villa Ana is a charming house, surrounded by wooded mountain views, located in the authentic Spanish village of Villanueva de Trabuco, just 45 minutes from Malaga.  Well equipped as a family home, there is a tennis court, swimming pool (heated in the winter months), and table tennis.

Explore the local village life, and visit Granada, Antequera and the lakes of El Chorro.  There are lovely walks through the pines of the Sierra de San Jorge behind the house, and the area is also a haven for birdwatchers.

Villa Ana has been built to a high standard, with much attention to detail throughout.  From the front door, into the large living/dining area with high ceilings, two comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite television, DVD player and music system.  There is a dining table with chairs and adjacent, the kitchen which has oak units, hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave and sink and fridge/freezer.  The washing machine is in the garage.  A door leads out from here to the terrace and BBQ area.  The master double bedroom has French doors leading out to a balcony with lovely views of the mountains, and an en suite shower room with marble tiles, a power shower, basin, wc and bidet.  There is a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four; each has fitted wardrobes.  These rooms share a shower room with large walk in shower, WC and basin.

The tennis court is amongst the olive trees.  The 12x6m swimming pool is surrounded by terracotta tiles and has wonderful views; it can be heated out of season.  The table tennis table is in the basement area.  The house has central heating and air conditioning.
