Casa El Monte lies in the hamlet of La Cimada outside the village of Arriate in a rural setting with good views and a pretty garden with old oak trees.

This property offers an opportunity to appreciate Andalucian life whilst being within fifteen minutes of Ronda. The garden contains a 9x5 metres swimming pool with full filtration system surrounded by lawns with plenty of garden furniture for sunbathing and relaxing.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, one has a double and the fourth has a single bed with plenty of cupboard space and drawers throughout. The first bathroom has bath / shower, basin, bidet and lavatory, the second having bath, basin, bidet, and lavatory.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, four ring electric hob and fridge / freezer and granite work surfaces. The washing machine is located in the basement.

Crossing the hallway you will find a good proportioned sitting / dining room with sofas and dining table for six. A television is provided. Doors lead out onto a large terrace with table and chairs for seven.
