Although this house is semi-detached it offers a good degree of privacy inside a fully enclosed garden. It is just 10 minutes from the centre of Ronda within the hamlet of Llano de la Cruz, with three bars within walking distance.

The house has a music system wired throughout, with CD. player, tape cassette and radio, a satellite television, air conditioning, central heating and entry cameras with upstairs and downstairs viewing screens.

The sitting room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs around a fireplace and a dining area with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a 4 ring gas hob, small oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate laundry room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet with basin completes the downstairs accommodation.

The first floor has three bedrooms, two having twin single beds with cupboards and drawers, the other has a double bed and cupboards and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and lavatory. There is a second bathroom, again with shower, basin, bidet and lavatory.

The second floor has a further bedroom with two single beds and chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and lavatory, this has a low ceiling.

The house has it’s own swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres with filtration system and lights and surrounding lawns with fountain, terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining alfresco. The garden area can be illuminated at night. There is also a built-in barbecue with washing up sink.
