Casa Paloma is a welcome retreat perched at the top of the typical Andalucian white village of Montejaque. This cottage is ideal for a quiet holiday, relaxing and reading and walking in the serrania, whilst having the ameneties of this lively village just a short walk away. It’s many terraces make it a wonderful hideaway and if you need to cool off in the summer heat a small intimate plunge pool is provided with built-in seating and filtration system. Adjoining, a further terrace provides built-in barbeque and dining area. The house and terraces have breathtaking views over the entire village and surrounding mountains. Downstairs there is a sitting room/dining room with sofa and armchairs and dining table for four. An open fire and firewood are provided for the cooler weeks, although there is additional heating and air conditioning installed. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, hob and microwave combination oven. Satellite television, DVD, video and music system are provided. There is a single bedroom on this level and a bathroom which has shower, bath, basin and lavatory. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed which opens out onto a private terrace with stunning views, dining facilities and sunbeds. (The stairs are steep and unsuitable for very small children). Due to the nature of the village it is not possible to bring ones car to the house. There are plenty of very good walks directly out of the village and restaurants, bars and shops are just a short walk down into the main part of this pretty mountain pueblo.
