This is a family house, that has recently been updated, with a large enclosed garden and well proportioned swimming pool (8mx5m) with full filtration system.

There are plenty of terraces and balconies for outdoor living and eating, both in the sun and in the shade.

The house benefits from a new extension which contains the new kitchen /diner. It is large and bright with excellent granite worktops and a range of appliances; a four-ring gas hob, two electric rings and a griddle, a traditional oven, a wood burning bread oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. A dining table with eight chairs is also provided. A glass partition screens this area from the sitting room, which has a wood burning stove and comfortable sofas.

At the other end of the house there are three bedrooms two with single beds and one with a double bed, all have wardrobes or cupboard space provided. The downstairs bathroom has also been extended and refitted to a high standard with a large shower, basin and lavatory. A laundry room is also provided with a washing machine.

Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, basin and lavatory. On the whole this is a very pleasant house in the countryside within five minutes of all the amenities of Ronda.
