La Zagaleta is a luxurious Andalucian cortijo renovated to a very high standard.  A great deal of thought, consideration and attention to detail has gone into this hidden- away house in a beautiful valley outside Ronda.  Whatever time of year you would choose, the house offers a pleasurable and memorable stay. 

Guests have the use of perhaps one of the most beautifully created pool areas in Andalucia, while the house itself is elegant, simple and seriously comfortable.  If extra services are required, they can be readily organised; if you wish for a cook, driver, yoga classes, massage, an organised trip or a flamenco evening around the pool, it is all available on request.  However, if you wish for a peaceful stay and do absolutely nothing, then this is no better place from which to do it.

The house has four ensuite bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds. A supplementary bed can be included in the twin bedded room and there is a small single bedroom in addition.  All are beautifully appointed with good quality linen and towels. The large light sitting room has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas and a large wooden dining table with chairs; French windows open to the lawned garden. 

The fully equipped kitchen has hand-made wooden work surfaces, fridge/freezer, professional gas hob and oven, double sink and dishwasher.  The laundry room houses a washing machine and dryer. There is a separate apartment on the ground floor which sleeps two, with its own open plan sitting room/dining room and kitchen, the bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom.
