This is a charming family house set in a mature garden suitable for a couple and up to four children. The garden is fully enclosed with lots of lawns, a swimming pool measuring 9x5 metres with full filtration system and a large pool house with built-in barbeque, sink and work surface and large dining table. It is designed with complete outdoor living in mind. There is a further terrace to the front of the house, raised up to afford a good view of the surrounding countryside.

Inside, the house is relatively compact with a small but cosy sitting room with an open fireplace, sofa and armchair. The kitchen is open plan and is fitted with a four ring electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers whilst the adjacent bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and lavatory. In the basement there is a further bedroom with two single beds and en suite washbasin and lavatory. (Please note that it has a low ceiling). The laundry room with washing machine is also located in the basement.

There is plenty of opportunity for walking in the surrounding countryside and Ronda is just five minutes by car.
