MERCADONA Plaza de la Trianilla , Utrera
If you are travelling from Malaga Airport to Gaucin, then this is a large supermarket to stock up in. The village of Gaucin is small and only has small shops, that are shut between 2 – 5 pm and are closed all day on Sunday.
CARREFOUR, Av. Del Litoral, Estepona
LA LINEA SUPERMARKET.
The best supermarket to stop at if you have arrived at Gibraltar Airport is on the other side of the border in the Spanish town of La Linea.

For the freshest fruit and vegetables try the Sunday market 10.00 am – 1.00 pm located at the Recinto on the outskirts of the town of Ronda near the large intersection. Take the turn for El Burgo and immediately turn right into a large car park (see the Fit Factory Gym) and follow the crowd.
A well established vineyard that is wholly organic.
Visitors are welcome by previous appointment. Wine can be bought directly from the bodega.
More commercial vineyard – sometimes in the summer they hold open nights with wine and tapas.
LA MELONERA VINEYARD.
Opened in 2003 so beginning to come to fruition.

CORTIJO LOS AGUILARES

Hugely popular bar and restaurant in the Barrio San Francisco with a large number of tables in the square, but in the summer you may have to wait. It is fast and furious with a reasonable standard and prices to match. A great place to take the children as they can run around in the square and it won't burn a hole in your pocket.
Plaza Rueda Alameda 32,Ronda 29400
This is a great tapas bar popular with one and all. The tapas are utterly delicious - try the crunchy prawn salad and small rabo de toro burgers and the house wine is excellent. As a result it is always pretty packed from 10.00 pm onwards but it does open at 8.30 pm so you can get a table if you get there before the rest of the bunch.
Calle Jerez 6, 29400 Ronda, Málaga
A fairly new addition to the restaurant scene at the Plaze Ruedo de Alameda. Experienced restauranteurs that serve the best local fare with excellent meat dishes but maybe not ideal for vegetarians, except for the tomato salad which is first class.Website
Located in the Barrio de San Francisco in the old part of town this restaurant is a well kept secret among locals - try the fillet of beef cooked on a hot stone on your table, or the game pate with caramalised apple. Nice to sit in the square in summer and dine with the illuminated archway of the Almocaba gate as a backdrop. Friendly staff and good service.
Plaza Ruedo Alameda 5
A great tapas bar just off the Plaza de España in Ronda by the bridge. An eclectic tapas bar with some nice fish dishes - salmon with lime and vanilla, for example.Good atmosphere and pleasant service. Gets pretty busy so worth reseving a table.Website
