 Therapeutic massage works to relieve muscular tension, clear toxins and stimulate blood flow, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.   Massages are given after a short consultation session to ensure that there are no contra-indications and they are designed to be safe and comfortable. You will always have the say about the strength of the massage and privacy and confidentiality are assured.  Phil Burgess has ten years of experience and has qualified in advanced therapeutic massage.

 The practical details:

He will need sufficient space for a portable massage table and room to move around. Also he asks that you supply enough towels to cover the table and one large or two small towels for yourself.

He uses pure almond oil and sometimes essence of lavender or rosemary.

Full massage 1 hour                       45 Euros

This consists of backs of legs, back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands, face, feet.

Back massage ½ hour                    30 Euros

This consists of backs of legs, back and shoulders

  Massages can vary according to requests if there are particular problem areas.
