Perched at the edge of the villager of Arriate, just fifteen minutes from Ronda, the Casa Buena Vista overlooks the tumbling roofs and stream which runs through the village with excellent views of the surrounding countryside and mountains in the distance. The house has been skilfully renovated using the space to maximum advantage.

The gate from the street opens on to the sheltered, private terrace, scented with Jasmin and affording a splendid viewing point and dining area, especially as the sun comes down. The wooden table and chairs are under a bamboo covering offering shade in the day and overlook the swimming pool, which measures 6x4 metres and has an automated filtration system and lighting.

Inside there is a large comfortable sitting room with sofas around an open fireplace. Television, Video Player and a music system are all provided along with a small collection of films and music. Through an archway there is a good-sized kitchen/diner with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and table and chairs. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor with a double bed and cupboard space. A well fitted en suite bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and lavatory is to the side.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with twin beds in both and cupboard space. A bathroom fitted with shower, basin, bidet and lavatory completes the upstairs. A further feature to the house is a children's playroom with French windows leading out to the small garden which provides a marvellous spot to cool off in the heat of the summer.
