Casa Adelfas is a tribute to the Moroccan influences that are found throughout Andalusia, whilst providing all of the modern amenities required. Cupola ceilings in the entrance hall, study and en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom display some stunning craftsmanship. The sitting room is spacious with comfortable seating and leads through an archway to the dining room with table and chairs for eight. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave and small pantry to the side.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, all with fitted wardrobes and comprise of a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, double basins, lavatory and bidet. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share a further bathroom with a splendid shower, double basins, bidet and lavatory.

Upstairs there is a separate suite comprising of a bedroom with double bed, washroom with basin and lavatory and a study with an impressive cupola ceiling in the tower.

Outside, there is a very pleasant garden that incorporates lawns, fountains and a swimming pool measuring 12x5.5 metres with fully automatic filtration system and a shallow paddling section. A large pool house with fitted barbeque and dining facilities and a small lake with crossing walkway complete the outside amenities. (The washing machine is situated in a small laundry room outside of the main building).

The village of Arriate with shops bars and restaurants is just a short walking distance away, with Ronda ten minutes by car. The elevated position of the house provides good views of the surrounding countryside. Like its sister house Las Palmeras, Casa Adelfas provides excellent accommodation with the facilities of the village nearby.
