This is a very well appointed and comfortable house in a large, mature, enclosed garden just 10 minutes from Ronda. It comprises of the main house, which has 4 bedrooms and an apartment with a further bedroom.

The ground floor has a good quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and four- ring gas hob. There is also a fridge and CD. Player. To the rear of the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Off the hallway there is a WC.

The dining room is well proportioned with an Oak table which seats ten, with a terrace outside with further dining facilities. Leading from the dining room is an extremely spacious sitting room with tasteful furniture and rugs and a large open fireplace, there is also a satellite system with some English channels plus others.

The main house contains three of the bedrooms, the master bedroom having a large double bed and French windows leading out to a terrace, it has en suite dressing room and fully fitted bathroom. This floor also contains a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

Upstairs, in the tower there is a third bedroom with two single beds suitable for children. Across a courtyard, which contains a very pretty swimming pool is a fourth bedroom which has a large double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with multi-jet shower. The swimming pool measures 10x5 metres and has full filtration system and surrounding terrace with suitable furniture. The pool can be heated in the cooler months. The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

There is also an open plan sitting room with table and chairs and futon. To the side is a small kitchen area with fridge and cooker. This is a stylish house offering a good standard of accommodation within easy distance of Ronda and has the added benefit of full central heating and air-conditioning in some rooms.
