Casa Silencio sits on a hillside, surrounded by olive, oak and pine trees and with wonderful, uninterrupted views of the Sierra de las Nieves.  It is just a five minutes drive to Ronda, while the historic cities of Granada, Sevilla and Jerez are all within an hour and a half drive.

The house is situated at the end of a private gated drive – ensuring total peace and privacy.  Built from local stone, the ceilings are high, and there are terracotta floor tiles throughout, giving a feeling of coolness, even in the hottest summer months. From the hallway, steps lead down to a large, spacious living area, with wood-burning stove, two comfortable sofas, a rocking chair and coffee table and television with DVD player. 

French doors open to a pretty terrace area, with table and chairs, ideal for breakfasting alfresco, and lead directly to the pool area.  Steps lead up to a dining area with table and comfortable built-in benches.  There is a shower room with walk-in shower, wc, bidet and basin.  The well equipped kitchen has granite work surfaces, a double sink, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer. Adjacent is a pantry. 

There are three good size bedrooms: one twin-bedroom with two single beds, built in wardrobe, one large bedroom with three single beds, and one double bedroom with its own small balcony looking out to the hills, and with en suite bathroom with bath, wc, bidet and basin.  All three bedrooms have floor fans.  The house has large windows – all with fantastic views.  The swimming pool, measuring 6x12m has steps down, surrounded by lawn and fully fenced in.  There is a built-in barbecue, and plenty of sun beds and a couple of parasols.

A lovely secluded property, ideal for those wanting peace and quiet – yet within easy reach of Ronda.
