Casa Moreno is a small cottage in a quiet rural setting, ideal for a couple who seek tranquillity and yet accessibility. The town of Ronda is just 10 minutes away, whilst the surrounding hamlet has several bar/restaurants within a two minute drive.
The house has an open plan area downstairs, which includes the sitting room dining area and kitchen. A sofa and armchairs sit next to an open fireplace
and a round glass topped table is adjacent to the kitchen for dining. The kitchen has newly been installed with granite worktops, a four ring hob and oven and a good sized fridge freezer.
The main bedroom is on the ground floor; it has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom with shower basin and lavatory is also on the ground floor and contains the washing machine.
Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor that has three single beds suitable for children.
Outside there is a pretty shaded terrace with outdoor ratten furniture that looks out onto a cobbled courtyard, from which stone steps lead up to the swimming pool. There is a small lawn to one side and a pool house with sunbeds.The pool measures 8 x 4 meters with a full filtration system.
In general this is a charming house in which to while away a relaxing holiday.
