This large family house has much to offer and is within easy reach of Ronda (10 mins). It is set in a large mature garden surrounded by trees with an abundance of exterior dining possibilities.

A large (10 x 6 metres), illuminated swimming pool with full filtration system is situated amongst lawns. Inside to the left of the hall there is a comfortable sitting/dining room with sofas and chairs, cable television with English language channels, Video, DVD and CD. player.

The kitchen is partially open to the sitting/dining room and has an electric digital ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. A further kitchen has also been built adjacent to the terrace by the pool which has a four ring gas hob, oven, built-in barbecue, deep fat fryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a smaller sitting room/dining room beyond the first kitchen.

The four bedrooms are to the right of the hallway. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom which includes a shower with hydro-massage and sauna facilities, a double basin, lavatory and bidet.

All bathrooms are tiled and fitted to a good standard.
