house is taken in the low or mid season the other will remain empty.

El Ventorillo is one of the most elegant and comfortable properties in our collection. It is conveniently located for the town of Ronda and yet set in an exclusive rural area. The property has large grounds in which to walk with special views across to Ronda La Vieja the ancient Roman settlement with its magnificent ampitheatre.
There are two houses, Los Olivos and Las Encinas and a small cottage known as the Casita, that are connected by a large swimming pool and sun terrace. For al fresco dining in the summer everyone can be seated at the long marble topped tables on the principal terrace with the scent of lavender and pomegranates there for the picking

Los Olivos
has a large well-proportioned sitting room,
The master bedroom has an inviting four-poster bed, fitted cupboards and an inlaid mother of pearl chest of drawers.

Outside the lush garden adjoins the large terrace that runs the full length of the house with an abundance of out door furniture. A small pathway leads to the pool area, which is bordered by ancient oak trees.

Las Encinas lies across the lawn on the other side of the pool. It is similar to Los Olivos but slightly smaller. The entrance hall is at the centre of the house with a large sittingroom/dining room to the left.
Comfortably appointed with tasteful furniture, there are two ample sofas and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is at the far end of the house with the same appliances as Los Olivos. The three bedroom all have the own bathrooms.
The principal bedroom has a four poster bed and a syrian inlaid chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third two single beds. Plenty of cupboard space is provided thoughout. Las Encinas also has its own enclosed courtyard ideal for a more intimate dinner around the teak wooden table or a shady spot in which to read by the small fountain.
