Set on a hillside surrounded by the indigenous cork oak forests, Casa Los Palacios is situated in a typical rural Andalucian landscape. Ronda is only ten minutes drive away and yet you can simply go out of the front door and take some lovely walks in the unspoilt countryside. Due to its elevated position it also has splendid views to the east and south.

A porch runs the full length of the front of the house to provide much welcome shade in the summer months, with a large terrace above from which the views can really be appreciated. Dining table and chairs are set out on the porch, whilst an excellent barbeque is provided behind the house. Facing south is the pool area, which is fenced for the protection of small children. The pool itself has a fully automatic filtration system and measures 9x5 metres and is also fully tiled.

Inside the ground floor is open plan. It is simply but comfortably furnished in shades of blue and yellow with sofas and chairs around an open fireplace.  Plenty of wood is available at a small additional cost. However the property has a heating system throughout with the option of air conditioning when required.  A television with Spanish and some English  channels, a DVD player, and a small portable CD Player are provided. Each bedroom has it's own portable television.

The kitchen area is well equipped with granite work surfaces and everything to hand; four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. A Dining table and six chairs are provided for dining indoors. A small laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.

The main bathroom is on the ground floor with bath/shower, lavatory and basin. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one has a double bed with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second two single beds and a chest of drawers with built in cupboards, whilst the third also has twin beds and built in cupboards. A lavatory, basin and bidet are also provided upstairs. In general this is a comfortable family house with a good location at a very reasonable price.
