Casa Mariposa is a pretty stone built cottage buried in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by oak trees and overlooking a fruit orchard. Like many of the houses in this valley outside Ronda, it has spectacular views and a lovely swimming pool area from which they can be enjoyed. The property is set in over two acres of grounds, which is marvellous for children to play in.

There is a large terraced area around the house with plenty of outdoor furniture and has an excellent built-in barbeque. The house overlooks the delightful swimming pool, which measures 8x4 metres and has a full filtration system. The pool is protected by a fence for the safety of small children.  Thatched umbrellas are provided for shade around the pool.

The house sleeps four people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom also has air condition.  All bedrooms have spacious fitted cupboards. Of the two bathrooms are provided, one has a bath/shower, basin, lavatory and bidet, whilst the other bathroom has a shower, basin and lavatory.

The main living area of the house is open-plan. There is a kitchen area with 4 ring gas hob and fridge/freezer. The living room has dining table and chairs, a sofa and two rocking chairs locally crafted in Ronda. It is decorated in a traditional style with beamed ceiling, terracotta floors and a stone hearth. A further feature is the games room situated in the basement which has a pool table and also houses the washing machine.

There are several bar/restaurants locally and the horse riding stables are close by. The village of Arriate is a five- minute car journey and Ronda is a mere ten minutes away. This is a fabulous family house that will provide a memorable holiday.
