Casa Miraflores sits in a well established hedged garden with extensive lawns which are illuminated at night, just 4 kilometres from the town of Ronda. It is a comfortable house with good amenities and has a large swimming pool measuring 12 metres by 7.5 metres with full filtration system and a built-in barbecue nearby.

There are two exterior terraces for you to enjoy which have garden furniture for outside dining. The house contains a good sized sitting room with an open fireplace and sofas and a dining table with chairs and a TV. The large kitchen has recently been stylishly refitted with granite worksurfaces and a five ring gas hob. It also contains an oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted cupboard and wardrobe and a fully tiled shower room next door which includes basin, shower and toilet. There are two further bedrooms, both containing two single beds and built-in wardrobes. A further tiled bathroom has bath, bidet, basin and toilet.

There is secure parking within the gated driveway for a number of vehicles.This is an excellent house in which to enjoy an Andalucian summer with outdoor swimming and dining only a short distance from Ronda with its cultural treasures, restaurants and shops. The house benefits from central heating for the cooler months which is not allowed for in the rental price. If used then an additional charge will be made at cost at the property.
