Montecorto is a small and friendly village, well known for its abundance of fresh water which flows along small canals banked with pots of flowers and plants.  There are two restaurants, numerous bars, a bank and several small shops.  Ronda is just 20 minutes away by car, and the spectacular Roman Amphitheatre “Acinipo”, hewn from solid limestone stands on a high plateau just behind the village.

Casa La Concha is situated right at the top of the village, backed by a pine-forest, and enjoys spectacular views of the Sierra de Grazelema.  The well equipped kitchen has a sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and fridge/freezer.  There is a dining table and chairs seating 4.  The comfortable sitting area has a sofa, armchair and coffee table, with an open fireplace and flat screen television.  There is a small bar to one side. 

Stairs lead up to a spacious double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and en suite shower-room with large walk-in shower, wc, bidet and basin.  The twin bedroom enjoys views out to the mountains, has build-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bidet and wc and basin.  From the kitchen a door leads out to a laundry room with washing machine, wc and basin. 

Stone steps lead up to a pretty pool terrace.  There is a built-in barbeque, table and chairs and sun-beds.  The pool measures 5m x 3m with steps down, and has an automatic filtration system, and can be flood-lit at night.  Steps lead up to a small sitting area, the perfect place for an evening drink, from which to enjoy the lovely views.
