This is a particularly attractive house on the outskirts of the village of Arriate just 10 minutes from Ronda and is approached along a private driveway. It has fountains and water channels amongst delightful gardens and is very well appointed throughout.

The swimming pool measures 9x4.5 meters and has a full filtration system and a large pool house with built-inbarbecue.  The house is built in the Moorish style and has a terrace around three side withe furniture. One enters into the sitting room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and a dining area to the side with table and chairs for six and a TV.

The kitchen is set to the side and is equipped with electric hob, microwave oven and refrigerator and granite work surfaces. It has three downstairs bedrooms two of which have good sized single beds and built-in wardrobes, the third having a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

A pristine bathroom with bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and two basins completes the downstairs accommodation. The master bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a double bed and French windows leading out to a terrace with views over the village and the countryside beyond. An en suite bathroom with bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and basin completes the accommodation.

The house has marble floors throughout and is furnished to a good standard and with the sound of running water from the private gardens makes for a soothing holiday retreat. It has the benefit of central heating for the cooler months.
