Lying high above the valley outside of Ronda, El Montecillo is a substantial house with splendid views and no neighbours, affording the property privacy and tranquillity, with good access to the town in approximately 15 minutes by car. There are country bars and restaurants and a riding stable within the vicinity.

The living area of the house is all on one floor with a large open-plan space for the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The sitting room has stone walls and a huge open fireplace surrounded by sofas and armchairs, satellite television (with some English channels) CD music system and DVD are provided.

The dining area has a long refectory table seating eight, whilst the kitchen has all of the usual amenities; electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are off the main living area, three having double beds and one with twin beds. The master bedroom has the added benefit of en suite bathroom with bath/jacuzzi/shower, bidet, basin and lavatory. The other bathroom, which serves the rest of the house, has a shower, basin, bidet and lavatory. The ground floor also has central heating.

Outside there is a 8 x 5 metre swimming pool with full filtration system and garden furniture. There is also a splendid terrace with shade for dining and barbeque.

The upstairs floor houses a huge gymnasium and games room with various exercise machines, a pool table, table tennis and dartboard. There is also a further terrace for appreciating the splendid view and enjoying the sunshine.

The property is priced to rent the downstairs only or to include the upstairs gym/games room facilities. Please specify when booking.

In general the property is of a good standard suitable for both, families or groups of adults. It is an excellent spot for walking, mountain biking and bird watching.
