The pretty cottage of La Condesa is totally self-contained and private, with its own entrance and covered parking for two cars.  Surrounded by well kept lawns and gardens, with flowering shrubs and olive trees and wonderful views to the Sierra de Grazalema. It is spacious and tastefully decorated by the English Owner.

The large open plan sitting/dining room has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, woodburning stove and a large dining table with chairs.  There is a music system, television and DVD player and a large DVD library on request.  The well-equipped kitchen has gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher.  Large French doors open out to a pretty covered terrace, paved with local terracotta tiles and with a table and chairs.  The master bedroom has a king size double bed, and an en suite shower room with large walk in shower, lavatory and basin.  The other two bedrooms have twin beds and each has its own en suite shower room with lavatory and basin. All linen is of a high standard.

The swimming pool (5x10m) is enclosed by a wall on three sides, surrounded by lawn, flowering plants and scented jasmine.  There is a pool house with a table and chairs, sofa and a BBQ. There is a single gauge railway line with infrequent trains near to the property. This is a delightful cottage to enjoy throughout the entire season, with all that Andalucia has to offer close at hand.
