Tucked away in the countryside, ten minutes from Ronda, is a small cottage called the Casita de Las Rosas. Aptly named for its cherished garden, it is full of old - fashioned roses and jasmine that fill the air with a wonderful perfume.

The cottage itself is small but is more than compensated for by the out door areas including a shaded pool house and an outside dining facility both built by hand out of the local stone. The pool itself measures 10 m x 5 meters with full filtration system and looks onto a lovely view down the valley towards the hills of the serrania. In front of the cottage there is a further terrace covered in a well - established vine.

The interior of the house is cool in summer and has an open fireplace for the cooler months. It has three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds. A supplementary bed can be made available for an extra child. There is plenty of cupboard space throughout and the bathroom has a shower, basin and lavatory. Between the main bedroom and the kitchen there is the living room, with dining table which comfortably seats six people and is accompanied by a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is well proportioned with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Although the property is in a quiet secluded spot it has the advantage of two bar/ restaurants, within easy walking distance.
