This apartment is unique in a rural Andalucian village. It is luxurious, well designed and of a very high standard. Everything has been thought of and nothing is out of place. All modern conveniences have been provided in these beautiful surroundings.

The apartment is spacious. A large open plan sitting room leads out through French windows onto a covered terrace, which has particularly good views of the picturesque village of Gaucin, with its ancient castle, and the surrounding verdant countryside. The furniture is of good quality with a capacious sofa and two armchairs. Outside on the terrace is a dining table and chairs amongst the exotic collection of plants.

The kitchen has all modern appliances including: hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave oven and plenty of storage.

The master bedroom is through an archway. It is extremely comfortable with good quality linen and has a view of the castle, which is lit up at night. The en suite bathroom has under floor heating, shower basin, bidet and loo. The single bedroom is on the opposite side of the sitting room and has a desk with a computer with internet connection. Therefore it can easily be used as a study or office. It also has an en suite bathroom with under floor heating. Both bedrooms have central heating and air conditioning. The sitting room and master bedroom also have wood burning stoves.

Outside there is a private sun terrace, which is accessed via a side entrance and is adjacent to the magnificent swimming pool. The pool is heated and can either be entirely enclosed in the cooler months or opened up in the summer. This is a truly unusual feature. (The pool is used once a day for half an hour by the owner, otherwise it is for the exclusive use of the guests of the Convent Apartment).

We strongly recommend this as an excellent, well furnished property for couples or couples with one child.
