Los Cristales is a classic Andalucian house surrounded by a large well tended mature garden. It is a well-loved family home for both owners and guests alike.

Bougainvilla climbs around the house giving it a lush and vibrant atmosphere.

The extensive garden is home to many shrubs, plants and trees with a large lawn around the naturally shaped swimming pool. With lovely views from the elevated terrace you can enjoy a well- deserved break in peace and quiet with plenty of room for children to play.

The surrounding country estate of La Almuna, of which it is a part is one of the most exclusive locations in Europe. The nearby village of Gaucin is splendidly preserved and the area in general is a very unspoilt part of Spain. Access is good with Gibraltar Airport only 45 minutes away.

The driveway is lined with Oleander and leads through an iron gateway into a courtyard that provides a shady oasis in the heat of the summer. The house has a large sitting room, with comfortable sofas, armchairs and oriental rugs and two sets of French windows that open out on to the covered terrace. The kitchen /diner is spacious and has two ovens and two fridges one with a freezer, hob and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are set out on three floors; on the first floor there is an en suite bedroom with a double bed and another en suite bedroom with twin beds placed together or apart. Both bathrooms have bath/shower double basins and lavatory and bidets. On the ground floor there are two, twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bathroom on the lower ground floor with its own terrace leading down to the pool area.

Outside the large covered terrace has a good- sized, marble topped, table seating ten people with a pretty mural on the facing wall and a nearby barbeque The swimming pool measures approximately 10.5 metres x 6 metres, has full filtration system and plenty of sunbeds. The views are splendid and guests have the use of the La Almuna tennis court. The coast and its beaches are thirty minutes by car and the village of Gaucin with restaurants and shops just five minutes away.
