This thoughtfully restored old village house in Gaucin, takes its name from the fragrant old lemon tree, which casts its shade over the patio beside the swimming pool. The accommodation is laid out on several levels around the central patio, which enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside of Andalucia, and out to the coast. Overlooking the pool area is a large bright open plan living/dining room with open fireplace, coffee table, 2 sofas, television and CD player, a pine dining table and chairs, with chestnut beams overhead. Adjoining is a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and cooker, microwave, double sink, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the first floor is a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, lavatory and basin. Stairs lead to a second large bedroom with 3 single beds and en suite shower room with lavatory and basin, french doors open out to a balcony with wonderful views. The house has been decorated well through out, with colour schemes that reflects the vibrancy of southern Spain. At the far end of the patio a further bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room with lavatory and basin completes the accommodation. The swimming pool (5x4x) has a ladder down, and there is a table and chairs and barbecue to one side, under the lemon tree.
