Los Cipresses is a large 19th century family property within walking distance of the village of Gaucin andn close proximity to the road. It is spacious and caters well for large parties up to eight.

Tall hedges of cypresses surround the garden, giving the house it’s name, lawns border the 9x5 metre swimming pool which has a fully automatic filtration system with sun beds and parasol for shade. A built-in barbeque is provided with the extra facility of an outdoor sink. A marble topped table with wrought iron chairs are set out for dining al fresco.

The interior is airy and light with a large sitting room with sofa and armchairs. Satellite television with BBC channels and a DVD are also provided. The dining room has a long wooden table comfortably seating eight. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry room is located at the rear of the kitchen with a washing machine. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with lavatory and basin.         

Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is huge with its own sitting area and private terrace and en suite bathroom, comprising of bath/shower, basin, bidet and lavatory. There is a further double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds sharing the second bathroom, which is similarly appointed.         

This is a comfortable house with good amenities and full central heating for the cooler months. In addition to the accessibility to the village it is also approximately 40 minutes to the facilities of the coast.
