The upper floor of the house has a large open-plan sitting room/ dining room and kitchen. The atmosphere is immediately welcoming with comfortable furniture, antiques and rugs. The kitchen is well equipped with a four ring hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. A large utility room contains 2 fridge/freezers and washing machine. There is a satellite TV with UK channels and a video player with video library.

A small book lined study houses an internet connection and provides a hideaway for a quiet read. The sitting room and study have French windows that open out onto a large covered terrace which has a pine table and various cane chairs for simply sitting and enjoying the view. A large gas barbecue is also provided.

Downstairs via a spiral staircase there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed with the third having twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is fitted with a bath and separate shower. All bedrooms have French windows that lead out onto the terrace.

The annexe is on the other side of the central courtyard with its own entrance and French windows into the garden. It has two sitting rooms, a small bedroom with a three quarter bed and an en suite bathroom. The second sitting room has a double sofa bed. There is also an extra small kitchen.

Outside, the swimming pool measures 8.5 x 4.5 metres with full filtration and is furnished with sun-beds, wrought iron chairs and glass table.

The pretty mountain village of Casares is about a 15 minute drive, with the Costa del Sol beaches 10 minutes away and the quieter beaches of the Costa de la Luz about 45 minutes drive. The couple who own the property live in a small cottage in the grounds and ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool in the mornings and are sensitive to the privacy of guests. Cleaning is provided mid week on a Wednesday as well as on Saturday mornings prior to arrival. Please note that arrival time is after 4.00 PM and departure before 11.00 AM.
