This three hundred year old cottage is deceptively large. Keeping the spirit of the past it has been converted into a comfortable and attractive property with a swimming pool and garden hewn out of the rocky landscape. An outdoor covered terrace provides a wonderful space for outdoor living. Casa Jacinto is full of style and is a comfortable holiday refuge at a very reasonable price.

A pathway leads up to the front of the house where one walks through the outdoor sitting-room and dining area which face the swimming pool and on to the main entrance. The door opens onto a large open-plan area with a high ceiling. Elegant furniture and glass topped dining table complement the feeling of space. Satellite television, DVD player and I Pod Docking station are provided. Steps take one up to the kitchen which is equipped with a 3 ring cooker and oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. A washing machine is also provided.

The main bedroom runs the full length of the house upstairs and has a truly delightful atmosphere. It is furnished with Indonesian furniture and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room. The remaining bedroom has its own entrance and is known as the Buddha Bedroom, this also has its own shower room.

The pool area is also rather unique with large rocks creating a dramatic backdrop with a fabulous view across the undulating countryside below towards the Straits of Gibraltar. Sun-loungers and pool towels are provided.

Casa Jacinto is a five minute drive from Gaucin and a forty minute drive from both the Costa del Sol and the historic town of Ronda. Ther are public tennis courts in Gaucin and the golf course at La Ducquesa is 30 kilometres away. Horse-riding can be organised if requested in advance. Close-by are two other houses Casa Delfinio which also sleeps 6 and Casa Calendula which sleeps 2, enabling large parties to be accommodated. Each have there own private swimming pool and garden.
