Casa La Teja is situated in the gently sloping hills of the Torcal National Park, a haven for walkers and birdwatchers, and enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.  Just 20 minutes drive from the fascinating town of Antequera, and its golf-course, and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.  Hill walking, horse-riding and cycling can all be arranged by the owners. 

The property is fenced on all sides, giving privacy and peace – you enter to the hall way, and through to the light, pretty living area, with an open fireplace surrounded by comfortable chairs, and television and a round dining table with chairs.  Large French doors open from here out to a large patio area, ideal for alfresco dining.  The kitchen has windows looking out to the pool area, with a double sink, fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher.  The large double bedroom has built in wardrobes, and double French windows opening out to the garden.  The twin bedroom has pine furniture and built in wardrobes, and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large shower, WC and basin.

To the front of the house, the pool (5m x 9.3m) is surrounded by a lawned garden and rose bushes, with a large willow tree giving shade during the hotter months, and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.  The house is centrally heated in the winter months.
