Villa Tere is perched on a small hill with uninterrupted views sweeping across the Torcal National Park and to the coast. Surrounded on one side by stunning rock formations, this is the perfect place from which to see Griffon vultures, eagles, and to watch the herds of goats grazing at the farm below. Villanueva de la Conception is the nearest village, 10 minutes drive away, and the pretty hamlet of La Joya the same distance, and has a very good restaurant and tapas bar. From the shady jasmine covered terrace, with a table and chairs, you enter the large cool living/dining area. There are two comfortable sofas, an open fireplace and satellite TV and DVD player, to the left is a pine dining table with chairs. Adjoining is the well equipped spacious kitchen, which has an oak breakfast bar with wooden stools, granite work surfaces and wall tiles made in Granada. There is an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink and a large fridge/freezer. The washing machine is in a small laundry room next door. The pretty green-tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, wc and bidet. There is a single bedroom suitable for a child, with a child-size dressing table and chair. There are two large double bedrooms, with built in wardrobes and pine night tables, each with an en suite shower room with large walk in shower, wc, bidet and basin. There is a further double bedroom with windows looking out to the garden, and with a pine dressing table. To one side of the house is an old olive tree, and beneath it a teak bench table, with the bbq off to one side. The swimming pool (9x4m) is surrounded by a safety fence, and on all sides by lawn. A lovely house, built to a high standard, in peaceful beautiful surroundings.
