LOS CAZADORES
- Calle Rosal, 1 |
 |
Los Cazadores is perhaps the best fish restaurant
in Ronda, at the top of Calle Espinel opposite the Centro Salud.
There is no written menu, they serve whatever fresh fish and seafood
is good that day.
The
shellfish is excellent, try the fresh hake cooked in white wine and
garlic, grilled prawns from Sanlucar de Barrameda, and their famous
deep fried aubergines (berenjenas) drizzled with honey.
Most of the fish is cooked a la plancha (on the hotplate) or frito (fried). Open weekends and some weekdays, depending on the
time of year, very reasonably priced.
