VILLA ANDALUCIA
Casa Andalucia is a lovely cottage, comfortably furnished by the English owner. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and just 10 minutes drive from Ronda in the heart of Andalucia. Ronda is a remarkable place, known for its unique location and age-old history. The centre has small streets with numerous bars and restaurants as well as monuments, musums and historic sites.
From Ronda, excursions can easily be made to some of Andalucia's big cities. Malaga and Seville are both at 1.5 hours driving and Grandada and Córdoba 2 hours. The house management offers a shopping service for 25€ plus cost of items. A cook is also available if required at additional cost. There is a single gauge railway line with infrequent trains near to the property.

HOUSE LAYOUT
The large, light living/dining room has a sofa, two comfortable chairs, coffee table and an open fireplace. There is a music system, TV and DVD player, and a large DVD library on request. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and washing machine dishwasher and sink.
The master bedroom has a queen size double bed, large windows looking out to the garden, and en suite shower room with large walk in shower, lavatory and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, an en suite shower room with lavatory and basin; both bedrooms have overhead fans and all linen is of a high standard.
OUTSIDE SPACE
From the living area, large French windows open to a pretty covered dining terrace, with Moroccan tiled table with chairs, a portable BBQ, surrounded by pots of flowering plants and herbs. The well-maintained gardens lead to the swimming pool (4x8m) fencedfor the safety of cchildren, all with wonderful views of the countryside and Natural park Grazalema beyond.
