VILLA CASA PANDORA

This modern house with interesting architectural features has been built amidst a completely enclosed olive grove between Ronda and Arriate (both at 7 kilometres distance).

Ronda is a monumental city with a rich culture where you can enjoy museums, historic sites, Spanish music and numerous bars and restaurants. Arriate is a small town with several bars and restaurants, bakery’s, a supermarket, post office and bank. The area offers a wide variety of outdoor activities and sports such as hiking, cycling, horseback riding and kayaking.

At the house there is enough parking space for several cars. There is central heating throughout and all the windows have been fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. The design of the house is defined by straight lines and simple geometrical shapes. Everything is on ground level, except for the sun terrace on top of the structure.

HOUSE LAYOUT

Left of the front door is a wing that houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and a shower. Follow the hallway past the front door to the other side and you’ll find the living room, which forms the centre of the house.

In the living room, 3 sofas are placed around a coffee table, facing the fireplace and TV (with DVD player). There is also a small bench seat underneath a window in the corner. You´ll find a dining table at the back of the living room, from where you easily step into the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hub, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the other end of the living room is the second wing, which also houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower/bath.


OUTSIDE SPACE

There is a terrace on the side of the house with tables and chairs and two retractable awnings that can be pulled out to create shade. If you prefer sunbathing you can get up on the roof terrace, accessed by exterior stairs, which offers wide panorama views that remarkably represent this part of Southern Spain.

At the back of the house is the swimming pool that measures 7 x 8 metres. The pool is 1.60 metres deep and has stairs for easy access. Next to the pool there is a porch with a big table and a built in barbeque and sink on the other side.

Out of the high season there is a very reasonable price for up to 4 persons.
