HOUSE LAYOUT

The interior of the house has a double height sitting room remaining quite cool in summer and four bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the additional casita. The sitting room is the heart of the house which has three large sofas set around an open fire with all the necessary requirements, a satellite television and music system.

The dining room is adjacent to the sitting room and has either one or two tables that can seat eight or up to fourteen. A small billiards table is also provided for entertainment. The kitchen is well proportioned with excellent facilities; oven, microwave, hob, American style double door fridge/freezer, juicer, excellent coffee maker and liquidiser. It has a separate larder for food storage. The laundry facilities are also separate with a washing machine and drier and iron.

Of the four bedrooms, three have queen sized beds. Two have en suite bathrooms, one a walk in shower and the other a jacuzzi bath with shower overhead. All bedrooms are a good size, two with their own terraces. The fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be zipped together to make king-size beds and they share a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with a shower overhead. There is plenty of cupboard space throughout.

Across the courtyard there is a two bedroomed casita with its own open plan kitchen/sitting room containing another double fridge/ freezer, microwave and hob and washing machine. There is a sofa and large flat screen television also. There is one bedroom with a queen sized  double bed and one with twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed and they share a bathroom with bath and shower overhead. An additional washroom is provided downstairs.

OUTSIDE SPACE

On the south side of the house is the glorious swimming pool surrounded by lawn. The pool measures 11 x 6 metres with a lovely section for small children to paddle in. The pool is accessed via a ladder not roman steps. In addition to the lawn there is a pool house providing the possibility for total outdoor living; there is a large built in BBQ,usable when permitted, double door fridge, sink and a bar with stool for sipping a cold beer. In addition there is a washroom.

The terraces, immediately outside the house, have automatic awnings for required shade over the sofa and arm chairs and dining table. Furthermore there is a delightful rose garden giving a welcome splash of colour in spring and autumn and an orchard providing fresh organic fruit and vegetables when in season. (Cherries, peaches, aubergines, tomatoes and courgettes etc). For the active, there is a paddle tennis court with basketball.
