HOUSE LAYOUT

The property consists of two houses, “Los Olivos” with two double bedrooms and “Las Encinas”,  with three double bedrooms. There also is a small cottage known as the “Casita” with one bedroom. There is a further nannie's accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms

"Los Olivos" has a large well-proportioned sitting room, with three sets of French windows. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around the open fire accompanied by antiques, paintings and rugs. There is a good quality stereo system with Bose speakers. The dining table seats eight (and can be extended to twelve) with upholstered chairs. The kitchen has marble worktops, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The master bedroom has an inviting four-poster bed, fitted cupboards and an inlaid mother of pearl chest of drawers. The mosaic tiled bathroom is en suite and has a walk in shower. The other  bedroom also has its own bathroom that has mosaic tiling and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be two single beds, wardrobe and writing desk

"Las Encinas" lies across the lawn on the other side of the pool. It is similar to Los Olivos but slightly smaller. The entrance hall is at the centre of the house with a large sitting room/dining room to the left. Comfortably appointed with tasteful furniture, there are two ample sofas and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is at the far end of the house with the same appliances as Los Olivos. The three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The principal bedroom has a four poster bed and a Syrian inlaid chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a four poster double bed and the third has twin beds. Plenty of cupboard space is provided throughout.

The "Casita" is a separate cottage which is positioned on the other side of the driveway. It has a bedroom with two single beds that can be zipped and linked to create a king-size bed, a cosy sitting room, with the satellite television and video player and an open fire. The Casita also has its own small kitchen, bathroom and terrace for reading or sunbathing. This is an ideal combination for guests that require privacy for some members of the party. The Casita has hosted honeymoon couples, teenagers needing their own space and grandparents.

All bedrooms except the casita and nanny cottage have airconditioning.

ADDITIONAL NANNY COTTAGE

There is an additional three bedroomed nannny cottage with two bathrooms and a sitting room and small kitchen that can accommodate a nanny and / extra children.The standard of this accommodation is not the same as the rest of the property - it is not luxury. There is one double bedroom , one with two single beds that can also be made up as a double and one with bunk beds. it also has its own gated swimming pool. EXTRA COST 1,300.00 POUNDS

OUTSIDE SPACE

The houses and cottage are connected by the lush gardens, swimming pool and sun terrace. The large pool area is bordered by ancient oak trees and has delightful swimming pool measuring 15 x 7 meters, making it almost twice the size of an average pool. For al fresco dining in the summer everyone can be seated at the long marble topped tables on the principal terrace with the scent of lavender and pomegranates there for the picking. There is a further large terrace funning the full length of “Los Olivos” with an abundance of outdoor furniture. "Las Encinas" has its own enclosed courtyard ideal for a more intimate dinner around the teak wooden table or a shady spot in which to read by the small fountain.
