VILLA FINCA ALMA

Finca Alma is a rare property and one of the best rental properties to be found in rural Andalucia. The villa has a beautiful view over the countryside and easy access to the local village of Arriate, just a few minutes’ drive away. Ronda itself is fifteen minutes in the car and Malaga 1 hour forty five minutes.

This is a fine property for families and large parties to gather together in 28 acres of unspoilt Andalucian countryside. Relax, take a walk in the private grounds, order a massage, a yoga session or indulge in some very fine food, cooked to order. Weddings can also be catered for at this property and pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the house but is allowed on the outside terraces.

HOUSE LAYOUT

The bedrooms are all individually furnished and have en suite bathrooms. Five are located around a courtyard and two are set in the garden. Of the seven bedrooms four have twin beds and three have large double beds. All bedrooms have their own terrace or small garden.

The principal room of the house is the double height sitting room and dining room which incorporates a very smart and well equipped kitchen. It is an enthralling space full of light with a modern interior and yet is welcoming and comfortable, designed with taste and the experience of the well-travelled. The dining table comfortably seats fourteen and the kitchen has first class appliances including a professional hob and oven, espresso machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Below the sitting room is a beautiful studio room which can be used for exercise or watching television or indeed for a meeting if the house is booked for conference purposes.


OUTSIDE SPACE

The gardens are well laid out with plenty of lawns stretching down to the large swimming pool furnished with plenty of sun-beds. A bar with stools and welcome refrigerator is also provided at the side of the 16 metre swimming pool.

For dining alfresco one is completely spoilt for choice with no less than three terraces in the shade to indulge in culinary delights whether of your own creation or provided by an experienced chef.
