Every year we receive enquiries from customers who have made bookings through various owner direct sites and having paid a deposit and booked flights, the reservation has been cancelled. If through circumstances beyond our control, a property becomes unavailable, we will find you an agreed suitable alternative or give you a full refund of the monies paid. 

Real Ronda are governed by British Law and as such any disputes can be referred to the ABTA arbitration scheme or in the final case to the British court. Bringing claims in foreign jurisdictions can be extremely difficult and expensive.

Hi Jane 

Just a note to thank you for all your help during our recent holiday - it was very unfortunate for Mike but it would have been far worse if you had not stepped in to help us with the hospital.

Emma was pivitol in getting Mike treatment speedily and appropriately and we cannot thank her enough for her staying with us throughout - it made an ordeal much easier. The treatment Mike received was obviously essential and he has made a very good recovery - his own doctor says he has made very good progress and is almost clear. 

We still managed to have a really great holiday - the villa and grounds were marvellous and Udo and Margit could not have been nicer or more helpful. They are a super couple and we enjoyed their company on a couple of outings and some evenings - very artistic and talented couple. The villa was very well appointed and had all the facilities required to make for a great holiday.

Once again thanks for your and Emma's help.

Thank you - my deposit has been returned. 

Finca la Cabra was an excellent property and we had a memorable week there. The location was excellent and the house provided for very easy summer living. The grounds are beautiful and the layout of the house made for easy living. Despite being a bit tired in some respects (which added to its charm) this is a great family house. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the single beds to adult sized beds - they are on the small side.

Hi Jane, 

So sorry this has taken me so long to write. Many thanks indeed for the safe return of the dreaded buggy wheel, all in one piece! 

We just wanted to say thank you so much for organizing our week @ Casa Silencio – we had the most perfect holiday and thought the house was perfect – just right for us. I think we were extremely lucky with the timing of the weather – the pool was quite fresh at the beginning of the week and by the end was just the perfect temperature. The owners were very friendly and helpful, not too hands on and just how it should be! 

We loved the location, I guess our only query was why they had not made more of the view from the house, i.e. cleared the odd tree or two but then again I suspect they love the privacy which we also found superb! 

We loved going down to the San Francisco square in Ronda which was just right for a relaxed evening with the kids able to run around and use swings / slides and relax in one of the 2 excellent bars. The other real highlight for me was the drive into the valley on our way to Montejaque etc. – just stunning. We enjoyed Molino del Santo a lot although if I had to be critical I would say the service was slow and the food (though v good) pretty pricey – hope that’s constructive criticism. 

Thank you again for your advice & information – all of which was spot on. If we return to Andalucia next year we will certainly come to RR first.

Dear Jane  

We are leaving Casa Carmen at 8:30am tomorrow (Saturday July 9 2011).  We shall leave the keys in the alcove just inside the front gate unless advised by you otherwise.
