HOUSE LAYOUT

Double doors lead to a spacious open plan living area, with terracotta tiled floors, wood beamed ceilings and natural stone walls. There are three comfortable sofas, a coffee table, large open fireplace, and cable television showing some English channels, as well as a DVD player. The dining area has a large wooden dining table with chairs, and adjacent is the smart modern kitchen. This is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 5 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, a double sink, and a dishwasher and washing machine.

Leading off from the living area is the original farmhouse sitting room, with a huge open fireplace, traditional bread oven, with two sofas and a coffee table. There is a well-stocked library, with English and Spanish books, as well as a collection of DVD's. Also leading off from the living area is a smaller kitchen room, with a large brick built barbeque, and a separate roasting oven, sink and granite work-surfaces. Double doors open out from here to the walled patio.

The staircase leads up to a cool, airy, high-ceilinged sitting area, with a rattan sofa and chairs and colourful floor rugs. The master bedroom has a double bed with antique wrought iron bedstead, and French windows open out to lovely views of the Sierra de Grazalema. The large, modern shower room has a walk in shower, lavatory and basin. There are a further two double bedrooms; one with an en suite shower room with lavatory and basin, the other with an en suite bathroom, with shower over, lavatory and basin.

Downstairs there are two more bedrooms; one with two single beds, a spacious shower room with lavatory and basin, and the other with three single beds, with an en suite shower room with lavatory and basin. Great attention to detail has been given to the decoration of these rooms - using the original wooden window shutters, and local stone.


OUTSIDE SPACE

To the front of the house is a pretty cobbled courtyard, furnished with a glass and wrought iron table and chairs, surrounded by roses, a palm tree, and flowing jasmine - a lovely secluded place for dining al fresco. 

The swimming pool, measures 6 x 4 metres, and has a full filtration system, and is surrounded by lawn, and olive trees, with a covered shady sitting area to one side.  This area is fully fenced, ensuring safety for young children.
