INTERIOR  SPACE

The living area is a huge double height space that spills seamlessly onto the outside terrace ensuring that enviable indoor / outdoor living experience that makes Andalucia so special. The sitting room is decorated with inviting leather sofas, a selection of modern artwork and is overlooked by a mezzanine floor reflecting the keen interest the owners have in music. The Sonos sound system is a particularly appreciated aspect to the property. An open fire place and large flatscreen television, with a good range of channels including Netflix, is framed by the large sliding windows. There is broadband wi-fi. The kitchen has a double door fridge/freezer, five-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster juice and nespresso coffee maker. Adjacent, is the utility room with an additional sink and washingmachine.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor with  ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. One bedroom can be made up as a double or two singles. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, one with a bath. Windows have mosquito netting and each bedroom has an effective ceiling fan or A/C.  An additional smart 45 inch TV is provided in one of the bedrooms. There is a mid week clean and linen and towels are changed weekly.

EXTERIOR SPACE

 Like many of our houses, the exterior is all important to appreciate the fine weather that Andalucia has each summer and no less at this property. There is an extensive covered terrace to provide shade that is one step through the glass windows from the sitting room. Here  there are armchairs and a lovely teak dining table and chairs that easily seats eight people. The al fresco kitchen totally changes the experience of out door living with a Weber BBQ, Pizza oven and Large Smeg Oven. There is nothing you cannot cook here. Beyond the terraces there is a super lush lawn with sunbeds and shade underneath the wooden/ brezo awning. The pool measuring 10m x 5m metres is a salt water pool with a depth of 1m to 2m at the deep end. Roman steps are provided. If you want to keep up your exercise routine whilst on holiday the outdoor gym has a running machine, bicycle, weights and Concept Rower.

The village of Arriate has various bars and restaurants  - not least of which is El Muelle, on the opposite side of the village towards Ronda.( Restaurant El Muelle does require a car). Beaches are an hours' drive away at San Pedro de Alcantara and day trips to Sevilla and Granada are possible. Ronda itself is just over  ten minutes by car with plenty to see and appreciate.
