Exceptionally well built, very well appointed, this beautiful house has superb views across the valley looking towards the surrounding mountains. Tastefully furnished with antique doors, this house has benefited from a great attention to detail. Maid service is provided for on a Wednesday morning in addition to the normal cleaning on a Saturday.
This property is highly recommended and is situated four kilometres from the town of Ronda in open countryside. The San Francisco neighbourhood, below the old city walls on the edge of Ronda, has several good restaurants, which is very convenient for this beautiful property. Malaga 1 hour and a half drive, Seville 1 hour and 45 minutes drive, and the coast 55 minutes drive.
HOUSE LAYOUT
Upstairs there are three well-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom can be accessed by the main staircase leading up from the hall. It has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and lavatory. The second bedroom, in the centre of the upstairs floor, has twin beds. There is a passage leading to a third bedroom, also with twin beds, in the extension of the house.In the passage between the second and third bedroom there is a shower room and a secondary staircase, leading to another shower room on the ground floor.
Downstairs there are two sitting rooms with comfortable elegant sofas and chairs. One has an open fireplace for the cooler months in addition to the central heating. Both sitting rooms are decorated to a high standard. Television and a CD player are provided and there is a library with plenty of books available.
The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality fitted cupboards and marble work surfaces. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, 4-ring hob, oven and fridge/freezer. It benefits from central heating for the cooler months with an allowance included in the price for up to nine hours usage per day (usage in excess of this will be charged separately at the end of your stay). The kitchen opens out into a sun- room which is used a dining room. French windows open onto the lawn and the pathway down to the swimming pool.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside there are terraces, with good quality wooden furniture, for dining alfresco with wonderful mountain views. The house is set in a two- acre plot with lawned gardens and an olive grove into which the owner is gradually extending the garden. There is a fully tiled swimming pool, measuring approximately 9x5 metres, which has broad steps down and a full filtration system furnished with sunbeds. There is a BBQ provided when use is permitted outside the summer season. In addition there is a gas facility also for cooking. The garden has uninterupted views to the mountains of the Serannia de Ronda.There is a drop at the end of the pool protected by railings.
