HOUSE LAYOUT

Antique wooden doors lead into a spacious open plan living/dining area. Light pours in through huge windows into a double height sitting room with an open fireplace, sofa and two comfortable leather armchairs. The unique dining table is connecting the living room to the kitchen and easily seats eight.

The large, modern, well-equipped kitchen has unusual black stone work surfaces, two sinks, an American style fridge/freezer with ice making machine, a large gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom can be found at the top floor. There are windows the entire length of the bedroom, giving a wonderful sense of light and space. There is a double bed, TV and DVD player, a free-standing bath and en suite shower room with lavatory, basin and wardrobes. 

There are two further bedrooms with twin beds on the first floor, each with large modern en suite shower rooms with lavatory, basin and walk in wardrobes. This floor also has a large sitting room with open fireplace, sofa and a satellite TV with some English speaking channels and DVD player.

The basement area below has a laundry room with washing machine, and also a cloakroom with WC and basin.


OUTSIDE SPACE

There are shaded terraces on two sides of the house, providing dining areas from which to enjoy relaxing meals and the lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a children's play area with swings and a slide. 

The garden has areas of lawn, with flowering shrubs and aromatic herbs, and is surrounded by two hectares of olive orchards, with electric gates for privacy. Steps lead down to the swimming pool, measuring 12 x 5m, which has a fully automatic filtration system, a shower, and lighting for night-time swims.
