HOUSE LAYOUT

The kitchen is well equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hub, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee makers, bread toasters and citrus juicer. Next to the kitchen you’ll find the living room with a dining table and a slightly lower seating area. There are two sofas, a coffee table, fireplace, TV, DVD player and music equipment. From the living room you step into the bright hallway where the front door is located. There are green plants and a glass block window in the hallway, as well as a staircase covered in decorative tiles.

The stairs lead up to 3 upstairs bedrooms. The large master bedroom with a double bed has an on-suite bathroom with a big corner bath, a shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. There are 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There are two downstairs bedrooms on the other side of the hallway: A double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The downstairs bathroom is shared between these rooms and has a shower, sink toilet and bidet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobe with ample storage space.


OUTSIDE SPACE

Accessing the beautiful driveway, with various species of trees on each side, you are instantly invited to admire and enjoy nature. Part of the house’s facade is covered with a stunning Virginia creeper and there is a big lawn around the house. The large garden is host to a number of fruit trees, olive trees, a wide variety of (aromatic) plants and bushes, native to the area.

There is a covered terrace right next to the house with access to the kitchen and a further larger covered terrace in the garden next to the swimming pool. Here you will find a dining table that seats ten people and exterior kitchen with a fridge/freezer, double sink and barbeque.

The pool measures 10 x 4,5 metres, is 1 metre deep at the shallow end and 2 meters at the deep end. There is a characteristic shower in a circle of trees and an outside toilet downstairs from the pool.
