VILLA FINCA LA CABRA

This is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed house within a large, mature private garden just 5 minutes drive / 20 minutes walk from Ronda. The property comprises of the main house which has two master suites, a further 2 bedrooms and an attached one bedroom apartment.

This is a stylish house offering a high standard of accommodation and has the added benefit of a heated pool, full air-conditioning and central heating. Furthermore, the excellent, traditional bars and restaurants of the San Francisco neighbourhood are very convenient. 

The price for up to 8 people includes the main house only, not the separate apartment.

Villa Details

HOUSE LAYOUT

The ground floor has a good quality fitted kitchen with a farmhouse table and seating for 8. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave and four-ring gas hob. There is also a fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a Bose SoundDock. To the rear of the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Off the hallway there is a WC.

The dining room is well proportioned with an oak table which seats ten. Leading from the dining room is an extremely spacious sitting room with tasteful furniture and rugs and a large open fireplace. There is also a satellite system with BBC channels. A study area has a desk with fast broadband internet connection for those who may have to bring some work on holiday with them.

The main house contains three of the bedrooms, the master bedroom having a large double bed and French windows leading out to a terrace. It has en suite dressing room and fully fitted bathroom. The ground floor also contains a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Upstairs, in the tower there is a third bedroom with two single beds suitable for children.

The fourth bedroom can be found across the centre courtyard. It has a large double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with multi-jet shower. There is also an apartment with a separate entrance under the main house. The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, en suite bathroom and an open plan sitting room.


OUTSIDE SPACE

Accessed from both the kitchen and dining room is an outside terrace with further dining facilities and built-in BBQ. From the terrace you can access the central courtyard wich contains a very pretty swimming pool, measuring 10x5 metres. The pool has a full filtration system and can be heated in the cooler months. There is a comfortable terrace surrounding the pool with suitable furniture. The pool area can be locked off for the safety of small children.

NOTE: The pool is heated by a heat exchange unit and is effective whenever the ambient temperature reaches an average of 8 degrees centigrade or higher.
