HOUSE LAYOUT

Imposing wrought iron gates lead to a bright, spacious living area, with comfortable sofas, coffee tables, an open fireplace and satellite smart television, DVD and music player. The open plan dining area has a large round glass dining table with chairs, and leads up to the large, well equipped kitchen, with honey-coloured granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. There is a 6-ring gas hob and oven, double sink and a dishwasher. Adjacent is a larder with two fridge/freezers and plenty of storage space. 

Leading off from the living area are two bedrooms; one has a double bed, enjoying wonderful views of the Crestillina mountain, with an en suite bathroom with bath, wc and hand basin, and the other has a double bed, with a spacious en suite shower room with large walk in shower, hand basin and wc. From the hallway, steps lead down to a large self-contained apartment, with sitting room, a bedroom with three single beds, and a shower room with wc and hand basin. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 

The other bedrooms are on the top floor, accessed through he sweeping staircase, with Moroccan torch wall lamps. There are three sumptuous double bedrooms, each with wooden hand-carved four poster beds. The large master bedroom has an open fireplace, armchairs and coffee table, an open fireplace, and dressing room. Double doors open to a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The en suite bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, wc and double hand basins, with doors opening out to a private terrace. The second double bedroom has a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and wc. The third double bedroom has comfortable armchairs, and a sun terrace.  There is also a small single childs bedroom. 


OUTSIDE SPACE

The large covered delightful dining terrace extends to two sides of the house, overlooking the gardens and pool. It is furnished with a wooden dining table with chairs, a Moroccan tiled coffee table, comfortable sun loungers, a rattan sofa and armchairs, and enjoys breath-taking views of the coast line beyond. 

The heated swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres has a full filtration system, and is surrounded by immaculate lawned gardens, with flowering shrubs, orange, lemon, carob and palm trees.  To one end is a delightful wooden loggia, furnished with a day bed and colourful blue and pink cushions. 

Maid service comprises of 2/ 3 hours on Mondays and Thursdays depending on occupation of the house, other than changeover day. If extra hours are required then these can be requested and payable in cash to the housekeeper.
